Event Rentals

  • Rentals are available on Sundays only.
  • We provide a barista/bartender and everything is open to you as if the space were open to the public. You pick the time, but there is a 3 hour minimum. Your rental time starts when the doors are opened and ends when they are locked back up, so please include set up (decorating, moving tables to suit your party, etc.) and tear down (whatever it takes to make the space look as close as it did when you got there) when planning how long you would like to rent the space.
  • Our current rental rate is $100/hr for the first 3 hours, then $50/hr after that. 3 hours would be $300 and 4 hours would be $350, and so on.
  • Our capacity is 80 people.
  • Bring in any food or punch, whatever you want like that, you just have to take out what you bring in.
  • No outside alcohol is permitted.
